    Breaking Bad Habits
I have a major case of tunnel vision.  I have been so laser focused on getting my work and my education to better myself for you guys, that I have completely fallen off the radar.  But as I was going through old blogs to transfer them to my new site, I realized that blogging was what got me here in the first place.  All I want is to help people, and I do that by sharing my story and my experiences. Let It Go

I went to visit one of my very best life-long friends this past weekend in Fort Lauderdale.  She just moved down there
